Introduction

This page describes the game's game-ability, mechanics, core experience, and audience.

Target operation system

On PC Windows 10.

Game development system Memory Windows

This game will be developed via UNITY 2020.1.8 and Visual Studio 2018.

Concepts

Memory is a decryption adventure game where the player plays a girl with amnesia. Every time

she finds something related to her memory and will enter her memories and return to the Real World.

She will gradually recall the stories before my death during the circulation process.

Core Experience

Players understand the protagonist's life and restore the protagonist's memory step by step through

decryption.

Game Objective

Restore the protagonist`s memory through decryption.

Game World

The game is divided into “Real World”, "Memory World”, and "Nothingness".

Real World

In the "Real World", where humans can't see ghosts, ghosts coexist with people. But ghosts can

move certain items. The Real World in the game is the living room of the protagonist.

Memory World

The "Memory World" is based on time. Everyone has his "Memory World". The "Memory World" will

become more prosperous as time goes by. People can only enter their own "Memory World" After

death, people will exist in a "soul" state for a period and then disappear to "nothingness". But some

"ghosts" who don't want to leave will get lost in the "Real World" over time. There are three Memory

Worlds in the game. The first "release" bears the life changes of the protagonist; The second "mirror

image" is the memory of the protagonist being bullied and seeking a way out; The last "falling" is the

first prospective memory of the protagonist jumping off a building.

Game Story

The protagonist wakes up in her living room and finds that she is trapped there. She can't remember what

happened before. Players mainly decrypt the conditions to enter the "Memory World" in the real scene.

The player has to repair the scene in the memory scene. As the protagonist's memory is restored, again

and again, she will reproduce the story that happened to her. The girl will find herself dead at the end

but lost in the "Real World" because she is unwilling to go to "nothingness", repeating the behaviour

and repair over and over again.
