This is a casual game with a 'social clock' theme. Social psychology defines the social clock as "the

psychological clock of the major milestones in an individual's life". The "social clock" is determined

by the social and cultural landscape: it reflects the individual's expectations in the society in which

they live. During this game, players need to 'cook' multiple characters at a set age and time to gain

points. During the 'cooking' process, players must be aware that actions not by the social clock will

trigger the point deduction. The game's time points and event design are always based on the social

clock of the Chinese cultural background.




Gameplay

-Drag and drop the character onto different objects with the mouse

-Getting the 'right' time to let characters do the ‘right’ stuff





Metaphors

We use a lot of metaphors in this game. We hope to convey special messages to the player through this

design, and make the game more meaningful.
